When we create a consistent morning practice, we create our mindset for the day. Join us each week as we connect in with our highest self through our breath and create our intentions for the day and week. Bring yourself, your mat, and your journal. Mondays: Sharing weekly affirmations, creating our intentions, journaling our thoughts, and connecting in with our breath. Friday: Reflecting how our affirmations & intentions manifested in our week, journaling, and connecting in with our breath.
