Refund and Cancellation Policy

Live Virtual Classes

All purchases and automatic payments are final and non-refundable. Monthly memberships can be cancelled with thirty (30) notice with no fees.

Live Virtual Private Sessions

All purchases and automatic payments are final and non-refundable.

There will be no charge if appointments are rescheduled 48 hours in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled time will be charged one class and not re-scheduled.

Monthly memberships can be cancelled with written notice and the following cancellation fees paid within seven (7 days) of receipt of cancellation request.

Six Month Membership for 30 Minute Sessions: $350
Six Month Membership for 60 Minute Sessions: $525

Live In Person Private Sessions

All purchases and automatic payments are final and non-refundable.

Six Month Membership for 60 Minute Sessions: $700

Online Platform

You have fourteen (14) days to request a refund or price adjustment on online trainings. After fourteen (14) days, all sales are final. If you are within the fourteen (14) day window and would like to request a refund, please email urcomfortyoga@gmail.com .

Live In Person Trainings

All in-person training and retreat deposits are nonrefundable. Training reservations may be canceled up to thirty (30) days in advance with a full refund minus the deposit and administration fees. Refunds are not credited for cancelations after thirty (30) days prior to the start date.
