Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practice that everyone can do. It uses body awareness and visualization to help you explore material that influences your life and energy. Every time you come to the practice; you open yourself up to a new experience.
If you are unable to attend a virtual or in person class after you booked, contact me to move your pass to another class. To cancel or reschedule a private session, please contact me at least 48 hours before scheduled appointment.
